Placing an order
- When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
- We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
- We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders. This offer might change depending on the event.
- An order processing can take between 1-3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- After such time you will get an email to notify that your order is on its way. Shipping times will vary by location.
- Before you finalize your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose. Delivery time depends on destinations and other factors, the parcel may take from 3 up to 10 business days before being delivered to our customers.
- Shipping methods and processes are constantly being updated and reviewed – we are exploring additional options to try to ensure faster delivery times.
- We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. If you have any issues or questions please get in touch with Customer Care.
- (Please note we are not responsible for orders that did not arrive due to factors beyond our control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not cleared by customs, the order was stolen, etc.)
- Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 12 hours to send us an email and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
- The refund will be processed within 12 hours before the fund reflects on a customer’s bank account (please allow 10% will be deducted in a refund amount as a payment gateway fee).
- However, if 12 hours have passed since you made an order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
